1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened milk
2 teaspoon honey
8 large strawberries, cored and thinly sliced
Mix rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container for at least 6 hours and up to 3 days. Slice strawberries and add when ready to eat.
